UPDATE: Alex from Anco reached out, struck me as very reasonable, then never heard back hmmm...Initial purchase April 2021(Clyde supplier)- turf promptly died. Replaced in October 2022- turf promptly died. Followed instructions 100%. Despite multiple attempts to contact the chap who arranged the turf replacement ZERO response! Another winter of backyard mud due to turf dying AGAIN! Very poor customer service, as they usually blame the customer/ rain etc who is a Registered builder and knows about turf. Do better ANCO UPDATE: Spoke with K at Lawn Solutions who also blamed the customer, couldn't offer any rationale why our turf failed.Unwilling to listen or find solutions. Her offsider via email was deficient in the facts Walter Raleigh turf is sold as: Full or partial sun, pet resistant etc. Our turf site fit all criteria as stated, we followed every guideline even improved site drainage without a prior drainage issue. Their best offer? Pay a landscaper to do it!! Do better ANCO! I

Alex provided us with a wealth of knowledge and practical tips, significantly reducing our landscaping cost. Turf was easy to order online and the person who did our delivery was super helpful, placing the pellets in a convenient area as we had a steep driveway. Overall, a great experience dealing with Anco 👍👍👍

The service and quality of grass is brilliant. The grass has taken to the new environment and for a novice gardener the instructions on what to do were great. Alex was super helpful and offered a lot of knowledge. I am very happy with the product.

Had 30m^2 of tiff tuff delivered to site. The booking was wonderfully simple, website detailed on the pros and cons of each grass making decisions easy. Delivery was seamless and in great condition. Grass was laid the next day and after 2 weeks has really started sprouting new growth! Wonderful experience

Purchased the Sir Walter Buffalo and was surprised by the results. The grass delivered didn’t seem so vibrant but after 4 weeks it really took off and established as seen in the before and after shots. The grass is fantastic quality and I would definitely purchase again.

We absolutely love our new grass! ‘Lush’ was the vibe we were going for and lush is what we’ve got! Within 2 weeks we could see the Tall Fescue was starting connect and thrive.It certainly has the WOW factor… literally everyone who has walked into our back yard has said ‘WOW look at the grass!!’ After years of looking out at dirt and weeds, our new grass brings joy to us every day.The service from Harry when we were ordering the turf was excellent, and on delivery day we were kept in the loop for the arrival time so we were ready to lay!We are thrilled to now be able to relax in and enjoy our backyard while making special memories with our family.

Dealing with Anco was fantastic! I expected a long wait, but to my surprise, I called them, and the next week my front yard transformed from a dirt patch to a lush lawn. Fast forward a few months, and my lawn is thriving! Anco's periodic emails with lawn care tips at different growth stages have been incredibly helpful. This is my second time using Anco, and after transforming my back yard years ago, they've once again exceeded expectations.

Love our grass! Our backyard went from being a barren wasteland to a grassy green haven! So great to actually be able to play ball and lie on our Tiftuf Bermuda Hybrid grass. It has been super durable, easy to maintain and lots of hours of fun playing! Also appreciate the easy online ordering service, and where we got stuck, we had super helpful and understanding staff over a phone call and follow up emails. We will be back again for more when we landscape our front yard.

Really can't be happier with our experience buying tiftuf Bermuda turf from Anco turf.Customer service on the phone was excellent Sarah was very helpful.Received confirmation the day prior to delivery and a call shortly before delivery on the day. The supplied instructions were clear. The delivery driver was cheerful and helpful and and the quality of the lawn was excellent. Delivery was quick and as requested. Really glad we bought our turf here. Couldn't imagine such a great experience.I will update more photos after installation.

Thank you.I felt some trepidation i. Preparing and laying a new lawn, but the quality of outcome has exceeded my expectations.Congratulations on the quality of turf and service. I was informed of an 8:00 am delivery and received at 7:55 am.New lawn is one week old and already looking fabulous.

Second photo is 5 weeks after being laid, cut 1 maybe 2 steps too short but it still looks amazing (tif tuf)Will take another photo in a couple of months when it is fully established and leveled out.I am blown away by how good tif tuf looks, will definitely be using this grass for the next 40 years, looks really elegant/classy ( even though I'm not)I have used Anco on about 4 properties over the last 10 years and have never had any issues.- Great Turf- Fantastic service- Great price.Can't ask for any more than that, keep up the great work Anco. :) my neighbours will be green with envy.
