Promoter

The promoter is Anco Seed & Turf (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to registered Anco Turf trade customers only.
Wholesale and commercial customer excluded
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Employees of Anco Turf and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
Entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry for every individual turf order of 50m² or more placed during the promotional period.
Multiple qualifying orders will receive multiple entries.
Orders cannot be combined to reach the minimum qualifying quantity.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or remain unpaid will not be eligible.
Entries are automatic – no additional registration is required.

Prize

The winner will receive:

One (1) Gold Coast holiday package for two (2) people OR one (1) $1500 Flight Centre voucher
The prize includes:

o Return economy airfares from Melbourne

o Three (3) nights’ accommodation.

Travel Conditions

Travel dates are subject to airline and accommodation availability.
Blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to school holidays, public holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year and other peak travel periods.
Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The prize is subject to dynamic pricing. If the winner requests travel during high-demand periods where costs exceed the prize value, alternative travel dates, airlines or accommodation may be required to remain within the allocated prize budget.
The Promoter reserves the right to select comparable flights and accommodation based on availability and budget.
Travel must be booked as one itinerary and cannot be split into separate trips.
Any upgrades, additional nights or changes requested by the winner are at the winner’s own expense.

Unless expressly stated, the prize does not include:

Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly drawn on 1 September 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to travel during the nominated travel period.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to travel for any reason.
If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

General

By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Permit Requirements

Where required by Australian State or Territory law, this promotion will be conducted under the relevant trade promotion permit(s).
