- All turf orders are delivered with our purpose-built, rear mounted, forklift trucks
- We offer our delivery service to you 6-days a week; Monday through to Saturday
- Our self-serve pick up is also available Tuesday through to Saturday in multiple locations
- Our driver will text you an approximate two-hour delivery window time, the afternoon prior to your scheduled delivery date
- We encourage you to call our team to find delivery availability outside of Melbourne and Geelong areas.
Please note: All turf will be delivered to your nature strip or near as possible only unless otherwise arranged at time of ordering. Our professional drivers will always put the safety of themselves and yourself and your property, first and foremost.
*Any changes to your order will need to be made a minimum of three business days prior to delivery or collection. We will always endeavour to accommodate any changes where possible.
Sir Grange Zoysia
Sir Grange is a fine bladed premium turf variety, which has high shade tolerance and very low nutrient and water requirements.
Sir Grange was originally developed for the golf industry but it was soon discovered that due to its characteristics, it would make a fantastic home lawn.

- Apply Lawn Solutions Premium fertiliser in Spring and late summer.
- A light application of Sulphate of Iron in late May will help colour retention over winter.
- Dethatch with a scarifier each November followed by a light fertiliser application and a thorough soaking.
- If topdressing is required do this immediately after scarifying.
- Apply a wetting agent in summer to reduce dry patches.
- Mow at 30-50mm.
- Sir Grange can be left to grow longer for a tufted look synonymous with Japanese Gardens
